Desert Mountain Club Service is Impeccable

I had a lovely lunch today at Cochise-Geronimo in Desert Mountain. It was a great combination of delicious food and spectacular golf views beneath us. What really put a smile on my face was the impeccable service. It reminded me of what makes Desert Mountain so special. The staff and amenities really make you feel like you are living in a five star resort. Such a refreshing change from other communities. It really is a little slice of heaven.

Differences Between Desert Mountain Realtors in Scottsdale

When purchasing a home it is important that you choose the best Realtor for the job. There is a HUGE difference between Realtors in Scottsdale. I know most of the public thinks that all Realtors are the same. I probably thought that way myself before I become a Realtor. I am a former Attorney and hold myself to a certain professional standard - many do not. You will find there is a big difference in the education and professionalism of Realtors.

There is also big difference when looking in Desert Mountain between an independent Realtor like myself and one hired by the development. I will happily show my clients ANY property in Desert Mountain, regardless of which company it is listed with. The developers own Realtors have a strong reputation for only showing their own listings. Want to see the rest of the market? Want to see lender owned foreclosures? Better call an independent Realtor like myself.  I am not pressured to show you only certain listings and pump the positive side of every home. I can show you everything in Desert Mountain and help you see the pros and cons of each home.

I am dedicated to being upfront and honest with my clients.  I don’t like to be “sold to” myself so I never treat clients that way. I am very blunt and will tell my buyers when a home is priced too high or has flaws that may not be obvious to them. Do You Really Need a Full Golf Membership to Enjoy Desert Mountain?

I was just talking to a friend of mine who has a full Desert Mountain Golf Membership (DEGM).  He lives here year round, just steps away from the Renegade Golf Course and despite his best intentions he only golfed about 10 times this year.  He really could have the same experience with the Desert Mountain Club or Social Membership.  Sometimes it is not necessary to obtain a full golf membership as one would think.  You get the same access to all of the clubhouses and tennis facilities while being allowed 20 rounds of golf per year with the Social Membership.

Saguaro Forest at Desert Mountain - Jaw Dropping Views for the Privileged Few

Desert Mountain is the most exclusive gated golf community in Arizona. What makes it so exclusive? Well how about 6 Jack Nicklaus private golf courses, 6 private members-only clubhouses, 6 private restaurants, private pools, spas, fitness center etc. Oh and with a membership cost of $325,000 this is not your average golf community.
