Grayhawk is North Scottsdale is fortunate to have the Boys & Girls Club of Scottsdale. It has a full calendar of programs, activities, after school programs and summer camps. The Boys & Girls Club in Grayhawk is another hidden gem for Grayhawk residents. This community center is designed for ages 6-18 years old. It includes a gymnasium, learning center, computer room, arts & crafts room, multi-purpose areas. For the little ones there is even a before and after school program for elementary school children. I know many working parents in the community that rely on this after school program. There is a Boys & Girls bus that picks up the kids after school and takes them directly to the community center. I got a call today from a client quite upset that the condo he has been admiring online is suddenly vanished from his webpage. He wanted to know what happened to his condo. It was sold, of course, to someone who ACTED rather than just ADMIRED the deal. The inventory of homes and condos at the bottom of the price range (under $250,000) are moving fast. The best properties are sold quick. He somehow didn't think it was fair that it wouldn't be available for him to consider anymore. The only way to "reserve" a condo is to make an offer. This can easily be done by email. If your offer is accepted you have a 10 day inspection period to make a decision about whether to continue with the deal. If you like it - buy it, if you don't like it - don't buy it and get your money back during the 10 day period. It's that simple.
